Red Herring isn't a dead fish

Certain members of society may remember the magazine Red Herring from those halcyon days when web companies were the prom kings and queens all wrapped into one, might remember a tiny little magazine named Red Herring.
Apparently, it didn't die an ignominious death like many of the companies it adored but shuttered its print operations and festered in some backwards corner of the net as a weblog. Now, the print operations have resumed and we can once again be bombarded with magazines full of PR regurgitation the size of telephone books.
O happy day.
